Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP represent domestic and foreign insurers in claims arising from the liability of directors and officers of publicly traded corporations, private corporations, partnerships, investment trusts and foreign corporations.

FKB attorneys have represented Underwriters in the drafting of D&O policy forms and have assisted in all aspects of D&O claim handling. FKB drafts coverage opinions, investigates directors and officers liability claims, and supervises and coordinates the defense of the claims. FKB has also served as supervising and monitoring counsel with respect to multiple successful D&O for-profit and not-for-profit insurance programs.
