Kaitlin is an experienced and respected litigator in the field of medical malpractice defense. Her practice focuses primarily on defending healthcare professionals and institutions in complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
Kaitlin graduated from Villanova in 2004 with a B.A. in Psychology and a Concentration in Environmental Studies. After college, Kaitlin moved to New York and worked as a litigation legal assistant and document management specialist at a large international firm in midtown before attending law school.
In 2010, Kaitlin earned her J.D. at BU Law with a Concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. During law school, Kaitlin served on the Boston University Journal of Science & Technology Law, served as Public Interest Project Auction Chair, interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office Homicide Unit, and participated in the Criminal Law Clinic where she prosecuted multiple cases under Student Practice Rule 3:03.
Prior to joining FKB, Kaitlin was an associate attorney at multiple medical malpractice and nursing home negligence boutique firms in downtown Manhattan.
Kaitlin has a specialized interest in the intersection of the law and mental health care in America. In her spare time, she is a full-time mom to a toddler and senior dog. She enjoys long nature walks and playgrounds.
