Jonathan Apsan

Jonathan Apsan is an associate attorney who focuses on medical malpractice.

Prior to working at FKB, Jonathan worked in the general counsel’s office at the New York State Insurance Fund, and has experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, and contract law.

Jonathan is an alumnus of Yeshiva University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in both Mathematics and Economics. While at Yeshiva Jonathan also earned multiple all-academic awards as a student-athlete.

Mr. Apsan went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate Degree from Brooklyn Law School in May 2024. While in law school, Jonathan volunteered at the Lawyers for Justice program, a program that allows law students to assist pro-se litigants in consumer debt matters. Jonathan also received an award for completing over 1000 hours of pro-bono work during his time in law school.

Jonathan is admitted to practice law in New York.
