Danielle Haziza is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on medical malpractice defense.
She is an alumna of the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan, Israel, where she earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.). In 2024, Danielle earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution and Advocacy from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
During her studies, Danielle served as both an Oralist and Lead Drafter for the 11th Edition of the LL.M. International Commercial & Investment Arbitration Moot Competition and participated in the Willem C. Vis 29th International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Danielle was also awarded First Place in the 2024 American Journal of Mediation National Dispute Resolution Writing Competition and earned the Distinguished Performance in the LL.M. Program Award. Additionally, she contributed as a Student Editor for the Law and Ethics of Human Rights Journal, served as the LL.M. Representative for the Cardozo Dispute Resolution Society, and gained hands-on experience through the Divorce Mediation Clinic at Cardozo.
Before pursuing her studies, Danielle served as a Combat Marine Medic in the Israel Defense Forces which sparked her interest in medical malpractice defense. She is admitted to practice law in New York State.
