Brian Dwyer

Brian Dwyer is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on medical malpractice defense and general liability matters.

Mr. Dwyer graduated cum laude from Marquette University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Philosophy. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in 2017. While at Pace University School of Law, he served as a writer for the International Criminal Court Moot Court Team and as Note and Comment Editor for the Pace International Law Review.

Prior to joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan, Mr. Dwyer was a litigation associate with a boutique New York City law firm. He handled matters regarding medical malpractice, commercial automobile litigation, and premises liability. He has experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolutions and in handling cases from the time of filing until trial.
