FKB’s Andrew S. Kowlowitz and Bain R. Loucks presented a CLE at the Annual Meeting of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section Committee entitled “Risk Management Practices for the Landlord/Tenant Practitioner.” The CLE focused on law practice management, strategies for reducing risk as well as an in-depth discussion of conflicts of interest. Andrew and Bain also lectured on compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the risks of failing to comply as well as the implementation of systems to effectively minimize the risk of non-compliance.
