Andrew previously spoke at the 2013 Annual Meeting and CLE/CEU Presentation of the Professional Liability Defense Federation, where he led an interactive discussion regarding common ethical and practice issues raised by representation; specifically, the common interest doctrine and whether communications between an attorney and his/her malpractice carrier are privileged from disclosure in a subsequent malpractice action.  Andrew also published a Quarterly article entitled “How to Avoid Being Sued When Collecting Legal Fees” in the Spring 2015 edition of Professional Liability Defense Quarterly, and is a regular contributor to PLDF’s weekly LinkedIn site.

Please contact Andrew if you have any questions regarding joining PLDF or defending legal malpractice cases generally.
