FKB Takes Leading Role in the New York State Bar Association Legal Malpractice CLE Seminar.
Mike Furman served as the Over-all Planning Chairman for the New York State Bar Association’s biennial Legal Malpractice CLE Seminar entitled “Legal Malpractice Professional Liability Claims, Litigation Strategies and Ethics.” This Legal Malpractice CLE seminar was sponsored by the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section and the Law Practice Management Section, and will take place in five locations throughout New York State- New York City, Albany, Long Island, Westchester and Rochester.
Mike Furman served as local chair for the New York City NYSBA LPL CLE presentation on March 1, 2013, and spoke on the topic of “Legal Malpractice Causes of Action, Litigation Strategy and Ethics.”
FKB’s Andrew Kowlowitz will also speak at the Albany CLE seminar on March 8, 2013. Mr. Kowlowitz will speak on the topic of “identifying and Responding to Professional Liability Claims.”
